Frequently Asked Questions
This clinic was designed to feel different—integrated, proactive, and focused on long‑term outcomes rather than quick fixes.
During your first visit, you will receive a baseline assessment and a high‑level outline of your integrated plan so you leave with a clear path forward.
Do I need a referral to schedule?
No. You do not need a referral to schedule an evaluation at Recover Pro; you can contact the clinic directly to book your first visit.
What conditions does Recover Pro treat most often?
Recover Pro most often treats patients with chronic pain conditions, orthopedic injuries, spine issues, post‑surgical recovery needs, sports and performance‑related injuries. The team also works with people managing nagging pain, overuse injuries, mobility limitations, and long‑term performance or longevity goals.
What is your insurance and financial policy?
We participate with Medicare and accept Auto Insurance, Worker’s Compensation, and most Major Medical plans — including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Qualcare, United Healthcare, Oxford, AmeriHealth, Magnacare, and Local Union Plans.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept HMO, Medicaid, or Family Care benefits at this time. If that’s your coverage, we recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to help find an in-network option that’s the right fit for you.
Our dedicated team provides a complimentary insurance verification before your first visit — we’ll contact your carrier, confirm your coverage, and give you a clear breakdown of costs. No surprises, no guesswork. If you have questions about your specific plan, contact us at (732) 251-5200 and we’ll help you figure it out.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a photo ID and insurance card, any relevant imaging or test results, a list of your current medications, and comfortable clothing you can move in for assessment and treatment.
How soon can I expect to see changes?
Many patients notice some level of change within the first few visits, especially in pain, mobility, or confidence with movement. Longer‑term improvements in performance and longevity typically develop over time, depending on your condition, goals, and how consistently you follow your plan.
